Take bookings on your own website, straight onto the board.
Every DispatchMe office gets a hosted booking page, and a widget that puts the same booking form on your own website with two lines of code. Bookings arrive on your dispatch board marked “Website”, priced from your own tariffs.
No account for the passenger, nothing charged online, nothing re-typed by your office.
What passengers can do on your booking page.
Your booking page lives at an address like dispatchme.co.uk/book/your-office. Link to it from anywhere: your website, Google Business Profile, social media or a text message.

How to add the booking widget to your website.
The widget shows your booking page inside a frame on your site. It works on any website where you can paste HTML, and it carries no passwords or keys.
- 1
Get your code
Email support@dispatchme.co.uk for your booking page address and the widget code with your office's name in it. - 2
Paste the box
Put the div where the booking form should appear, such as your home page or a Book a taxi page. - 3
Paste the script
Add the script tag once on the same page. It finds the box and loads the form into it. - 4
Make a test booking
Book a ride through your site. It appears on your dispatch board with the Website badge.
The widget code
<div id="dispatchme-booking" data-org="your-office"></div>
<script src="https://dispatchme.co.uk/widget.js"></script>Replace your-office with the name we send you.
Good to know
- The form is up to 480 pixels wide and fills narrower spaces, so it fits a phone screen.
- Its height is fixed: 640 pixels unless you add
data-height="800"or similar to the div. - It runs in a sandboxed frame, so it can't break your site's design or scripts.
- On a site that draws the page after loading, call
window.DispatchMeWidget.mount()once the box is on the page.
What your office sees.
- Each booking lands on the board with a Website badge
- The audit trail notes it came from your website
- It's priced from your tariffs, so there's no surprise fare
- From there it's dispatched like any other job: suggested, offered or auto-dispatched
Not a separate system
Website bookings dispatch, price and settle exactly like phone bookings. The badge is the only difference, and it's there so you can see in reports how much work your website brings in.Questions offices ask
Does the passenger need an account to book?
No. On your booking page a passenger types their name and phone number and books. Email is optional. They get a booking reference and a link to track the car.
Will the widget work on my website?
If you can paste HTML into a page, yes. The widget is one div and one script tag. It opens your booking page inside a frame, so it can't clash with your site's own styles or scripts.
Can I change how it looks?
Your logo, brand colour, office name and phone number show on the page, and you set them in Settings. The vehicle classes on offer and the prices come from your own setup.
Do passengers pay online?
No. The page says so: nothing is charged online. Passengers pay the driver.
Where do I find my booking page address?
Email support@dispatchme.co.uk and we'll send you your booking page address and the widget code with your office's name already in it.
