Booking with your office, as easy as a ride-hailing app.
The DispatchMe passenger app lets your customers book a car with you, see the fare before they confirm and watch the driver arrive on a live map. They pay the driver as they always have, in cash or by card.
Every booking lands on your dispatch board, marked with where it came from. Nobody re-types anything.
How a passenger books.
- 1
Where and when
Pickup and destination with address search, up to four stops, and now or later. - 2
Who's travelling
Passengers, bags and whether they need help getting in and out. DispatchMe picks the smallest car that fits, so nobody books a saloon for six. - 3
See the fare, then confirm
The estimate comes from your own tariffs before they book. They choose cash or card to the driver. - 4
Track the driver
Once a driver accepts, a live map shows the car, the driver's first name, the car and plate, and how long until it arrives.
What passengers get, and what your office gets.
For the passenger
- Sign up with an email code; no password to forget
- A fare estimate before they confirm
- Live tracking with the car, plate and arrival time
- Share my trip, for someone waiting at the other end
- Their trips and fares in one list
- Rate the driver from one to five stars
- Cancel in the app, with any fee shown before they confirm
For the office
- Bookings arrive on the board marked as app bookings
- Prices come from your tariffs and fixed rates, never a number you didn't set
- Ratings and complaints come to you, with the job attached
- Account customers can book on their company account
Passengers pay the driver, not the app.

Getting the app
Android passengers can install DispatchMe from our download page. The iPhone app is coming soon; until then, iPhone passengers book in Safari and tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Passengers who don't want an app can book on your booking page.Questions offices ask
Do passengers pay in the app?
No. Passengers pay the driver, in cash or by card on the driver's card machine. The app says so before they book: nothing is charged online.
Where does the fare estimate come from?
From your own tariffs, the same quote your office gets: base fare, mileage, time, any booking fee, peak or night rates, minimum fare and fixed rates for zones. The trip is routed first, so the miles are real.
Is the app branded for my office?
The app is DispatchMe, and a passenger's bookings go to their office. When they sign up, their home address picks the nearest office, and they can change it. Your own booking page carries your logo and colour.
Is it on the App Store?
Not yet: the iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store. Android passengers can install it from our download page. On an iPhone, passengers can book in Safari and use Add to Home Screen to keep it like an app.
Can passengers share their trip?
Yes. Share my trip copies a link anyone can open to see the car on the map, the driver, and how long until they arrive.
