Dispatch software for a small cab office.
DispatchMe is dispatch software a small private-hire office can set up in an evening. Sign up without a card or a sales call, add your drivers, and take bookings by phone, from your website and from the passenger app on the same board.
It suggests which driver to send and says why, so one person can run the desk. When a job has no driver and the pickup is getting close, it tells you.
What you get on the first night.
Signing up creates your office with sensible defaults, so the first booking doesn't wait on a setup call.

Questions offices ask
Do I need to talk to anyone to get started?
No. Sign up with your company name, your name, an email and a password. You land in the dispatch screen straight away. No card is taken and there is no sales call.
What is already set up when I sign up?
Eight vehicle classes, from Standard and XL to Minibus and a wheelchair-accessible class, and two tariffs: a Standard rate and a Night rate from 23:00. Change any of it under Pricing.
How do my drivers get the app?
Android drivers download the Driver app from our website. The iPhone apps are coming to the App Store but are not there yet. You approve each driver in the office before they can go online.
What does it cost after the free trial?
The first 60 days are free. After that you pay per driver on your account, each week; the pricing page explains how it works. Offices pay DispatchMe by bank transfer; nothing is taken from a card.
Can I bring my drivers and customers across from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Settings, Import takes CSV or Excel files of drivers, vehicles, passengers and past bookings, matches the columns for you and shows a preview before anything is saved.
