Download the Android test apps
We are testing the passenger, driver and office apps using APKs downloaded from this website. Install the app you need below. These releases check for updates inside the app.
Existing users: one-time replacement
If you have an earlier 1.0.0 app or a version installed from Google Play, uninstall it once before installing this website test release. Then sign in with your existing account. Your office, bookings and account remain available.
Future website updates install over this version from inside the app. Keep using the website APKs for updates during Android testing.

Installing
- Tap Download APK, then open the file when the download finishes.
- If your phone asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps, then go back and tap Install.
- Android or Play Protect may show a warning for an app downloaded outside Google Play. Check that your download came from dispatchme.co.uk and review the prompt before installing.
Updates
Most changes reach the app on their own, with no download. When a new version of the app itself is ready, the app offers an update, downloads it with progress, and opens Android’s installer. Approve the installation to update the app and keep your sign-in and settings.
The version above is the newest build. To see the one on your phone, open Settings, then Apps, then the app.
On iPhone?
The three apps are with Apple for review and will be on the App Store as soon as they clear it. Until then, passengers can book from dispatchme.co.uk/passenger in Safari, and tapping Share then Add to Home Screen puts it on the phone like an app.
