Questions about pricing

How is DispatchMe priced?

Free for the first 60 days. After that, a weekly charge for each driver on your office's account. Talk to us and we'll give you the figure for your fleet.

Can I try it before talking about price?

Yes. Sign up and you land in the dispatch screen with vehicle types and a standard tariff ready to edit, with no card needed. Or sign in to the demo fleet and watch it work.

How long is the free trial?

60 days from the day you set up your office. No card is needed, and we email you two weeks before it ends.

How do offices pay?

By bank transfer against an invoice. DispatchMe never asks an office for a card.

Do passengers pay through the app?

No. Passengers pay the office or its driver directly, in cash, on the driver's card machine or on account. DispatchMe does not take card payments.

Can we bring our drivers and customers across?

Yes. Drivers, vehicles, passengers and bookings import from a CSV or Excel spreadsheet, and bookings export back out the same way.

Is there a contract?

No fixed term. Either side can end the service with 30 days' written notice, and you can export your data for 30 days afterwards.
