Commission the way your office already runs it.
DispatchMe keeps a running balance for every driver, built from the jobs they complete. You choose how drivers see the money: fares after your cut, or the full fare with your share charged as rent once a week.
Drivers can ask to cash out early; you approve it. Whatever is left goes in the weekly payout run.
Net fares or full fare plus rent?
Pick one per office under Settings. It changes how the driver app shows the money, not how much anyone earns. Your commission rate is set once for the office.
| Net after commission | Full fare + weekly rent | |
|---|---|---|
| The driver sees | What they keep from each fare | The full fare of each job |
| Your share | Already taken off; the rate isn't shown | Added up and shown as rent owed for the week |
| In the app | “These figures are what you keep” | “You owe £X for this week” |
| Suits | Offices that pay drivers out | Offices where drivers collect fares and pay the office |
Where does a driver's balance come from?
From a ledger that is only ever added to. Each completed job adds a line, and each payout, fee and deduction is a line of its own. The balance is the sum of the lines, so it can always be traced back.

How does early cash-out work?
- 1
The driver asks
Cash out from the app. They need bank details on file and at least the minimum you set. - 2
They see the fee first
Your early cash-out fee, as a percentage, comes out of the amount, and the app shows what they'll receive. - 3
You approve or reject
The request lands on Payouts in the console. The driver is told either way. - 4
You pay and mark it paid
Send the transfer to the account shown, then mark it paid. The balance updates.
You stay in control of the money
DispatchMe never moves money. It works out what's owed and keeps the record; the bank transfer comes from your office's own banking. The weekly payout run
Once a week DispatchMe turns every positive driver balance into an approved payout, so nobody has to add it up by hand. You make the transfers and mark each one paid, the same as an early cash-out.
- One list of who is owed what, on the Payouts page
- The bank details each driver gave, next to the amount
- Mark paid as you go; the driver's app shows it as paid out
Statements drivers can download themselves
Fewer calls to the office asking for figures. Drivers get their own paperwork from the app.

Questions offices ask
Do drivers see the office's commission rate?
Not if you choose net fares: the driver only sees what they keep. If you choose full fare plus weekly rent, the driver sees the full fare and the office's share appears as rent owed for the week, with the rate on each line.
Is the weekly rent a fixed amount?
No. In DispatchMe, rent is your commission on each job, added up and shown to the driver as one amount owed for the week. A flat weekly rent that doesn't depend on the jobs is not built.
Does DispatchMe pay drivers?
No money moves through DispatchMe. It works out what each driver is owed and keeps the record. Your office sends the bank transfer and marks the payout paid.
How does early cash-out work?
The driver taps Cash out in the app and sees the fee taken off before they confirm. The request comes to the office. You approve or reject it, send the transfer from your banking, then mark it paid. You set the fee percentage and the minimum amount.
Can drivers download their own statements?
Yes. Drivers can download earnings statements by week or month as CSV, and a tax-year summary as CSV or PDF that includes mileage at the HMRC rates.
