Paste the message. Get the booking.
Copy a booking from WhatsApp, an email or a text, paste it into DispatchMe, and it fills in a draft booking: names, addresses, time, passengers, bags, flight number and agreed fare. You check it, fix anything, and book it.
It also checks the board first, so a confirmation for a job you already have updates that job instead of doubling it.
How it works.
- 1
Paste
On the Bookings screen, paste the message into Paste a confirmation and press Read it. A whole WhatsApp thread or email is fine. - 2
Read
DispatchMe pulls out the passenger, phone, pickup and drop-off with postcodes, stops, date and time, passengers, bags, flight number, fare, payment and notes. - 3
Check
It looks for the same job on the board by reference, phone and name. If it's there, you see exactly what the message changes. - 4
Book
Fix anything on the draft and press Add booking. The job is priced from your tariff, put on the map and goes to dispatch like any other.

Changes to existing jobs
It never books anything you haven't seen.
- Nothing is saved when you paste. Discard throws the draft away.
- Missing details are listed under Still needed, and the booking button waits for them.
- A match on the board shows each change with a tick box. Book as a new job anyway is there only if it really is a second job.
- A job whose time has passed goes in as completed, with the driver who did it.
- The label on the draft tells you whether Claude or the rules read it.
Where the message goes
With rules reading, the message is read on DispatchMe's own server. With AI reading switched on, the message text is also sent to Anthropic, the company behind Claude, to be read. Either way, only the draft you approve is saved.Questions offices ask
Does it book the job on its own?
No. It reads the message into a draft and stops. Nothing is saved until someone in the office presses Add booking, or Update for a job that's already on the board.
Does it use AI?
It can. When AI reading is switched on, Anthropic's Claude model reads the message, and the built-in rules fill any gap it leaves. Otherwise the rules read it alone. Every draft is labelled Read by Claude or Read by rules, so you know which.
What if the message is about a job we already have?
DispatchMe checks the board by booking reference, phone number and name. If it finds the job, it shows what the message adds or changes, with a tick box for each change, and you update the existing booking instead of making a second one.
What does it need before it can book?
A pickup, a destination, a date and time, the passenger's name and a phone number. Anything missing is listed under Still needed, and you can type it in on the draft.
Can I use it for jobs that have already happened?
Yes. If the time has passed, the job goes in as completed, and DispatchMe asks which driver did it. That keeps your records whole when a job was taken off the system.
