Getting started: from sign-up to first booking.
Most offices can do the first four steps in one sitting. The fifth depends on your drivers.
- 1
Sign up
Start free with your office's name, your name, an email and a password. You land in the dispatch screen with eight vehicle classes and two tariffs, Standard and a Night rate, already set. - 2
Check your prices
Open Pricing and set the base fare, per-mile and per-minute rates and minimum fare for each tariff, including the night rate. Fare estimates come from these. - 3
Add your drivers
Use Add driver on the Drivers page, or bring a whole list across in Settings, Import. A driver who already uses DispatchMe with another office joins with an invite or your join code. The switching guide covers the import. - 4
Get drivers on the app
Drivers install the Android app from the download page, sign in and upload their documents. You review them and approve the driver, then they go online.
Then take a booking
Add one on the Bookings page, paste a confirmation from WhatsApp or email into the booking bar, or let passengers book from your booking page. It lands on the dispatch board with suggested drivers. How each part works.

Common questions
Where do drivers get the app?
Android drivers install DispatchMe Driver from the download page on this website. The office gives each new driver their first sign-in, and the app updates itself when a new version is ready. The iPhone apps are coming soon to the App Store.
A driver is locked out. What do I do?
A driver's sign-in is theirs, so the office can't reset it. The driver taps Forgot password under the sign-in button and gets a code by email. If that doesn't work, they can email us and DispatchMe support will help.
Why can't a driver go online?
A driver can only go online once the office has approved them and every document they need is reviewed and in date. Their profile in the console shows what is missing or expired.
Where is my booking page link?
Your booking page lives at dispatchme.co.uk/book/ followed by your office's short name. The console doesn't show it yet, so email support and we'll send you the address and the widget code.
How do I get help inside the console?
Use the Get help from DispatchMe button. It answers common questions straight away, and passes you to a person as a support ticket when it can't help.
Still stuck?
Email support@dispatchme.co.uk with your office's name, which app you're using and what happened. A screenshot helps. See contact for who to ask about what.
